Each Keepsake Card comes with a small circle clay tag made from white clay in a matte finish, with faux suede cord, with the message Happy Mother's Day either painted or plain.  The clay circle comes attached to a small card with the message Happy Mother's Day.  Your card is presented in a clear cellophane bag with a small white envelope.
