We have partnered with Adopt a Grandparent here on the Gold Coast to help celebrate Harmony Day.  Launching Monday 7th February until March 6th, we are looking at sending packages to our aged care homes full of little items, cards, letters and little tokens of love to send to our residents in aged care and add a little token of love to those who help make a difference at the aged care homes.  These gift will be delivered between 15th to 21st of March and cut off for ordering will be the 6th of March.  All hearts will be collected by Kelly Casey and delivered to a aged care facility.  
 
A beautiful lace textured white clay heart. Made from white clay in a heart shape with a lace texture. These hearts come in two different styles, full lace or partial lace. The heart will come ready to hang with faux suede cord or natural twine and a small wooden bead, attached to a white card with the phrase “You’re not alone …”. Each heart will be packaged in a cellophane bag with a small sticker attached saying “Gifted from (your name) xx”, add this to the drop down box.  Please select local pick up.
 
The decorations are handmade meaning they may differ ever so slightly in style and size (though differences are small) ...it adds to the rustic handmade charm!
 
Each heart measures 6cm.
